Refund policy
We accept returns if your item doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused — and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
All garment measurements are approximate, with a standard tolerance of ±1–2cm due to the production process. This small variation does not qualify as a fault.
A 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
To start a return, please email us at poveapparel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
